There will be occasions that we receive a product that does not meet our quality requirements and standards and may not be aware of it until it has been purchased by a consumer.
We will do everything in our ability to fulfill your order with a quality product, thus you have the options of having the items you selected (Battery operated only) tested for functionality. Batteries will be included with all purchases (battery operated items only).

Ordering Information
To order products on Sensual Lifestyle, simply find the item(s) and click on “Add to Cart”. Please select color, size and quantity where applicable. You can pick more items by clicking “Continue Shopping”. When you are done with your shopping, you can click “Checkout” to proceed to the order form.
If you are a returning customer and has an member account with us you may log in here so that all your details are generated automatically. If this is your first time shopping with us, simply provide your information to register as a Sensual Lifestyle member to enjoy member privileges in future. Read about our members privileges here. Alternatively, you may checkout without member registration.
Provide correctly your information and email address and create an ID and password. You will be able to track your orders, have access to special discounts, exclusive promotions and new product updates. Once this is completed, click “Register” and following on screen instructions. For battery operated products, you can check the box “Yes. Please test my product(s) for functionality before delivery" to have it tested before shipment (only batteries are inserted to make sure it is working, not tested on a person!) upon checkout, so that you are guaranteed to get working toys.
Upon receiving successful transactions via credit card or internet Direct Debit, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You can also save the order confirmation page or print it for your personal records. Your order will be processed and shipped straight away *subject to availability of stocks*, and you can check the status of your order under “Members' Area”. We are sure you will have a wonderful time!

Offline Ordering
Currently, we only accept ordering through our online shopping cart. Credit cards and internet banking facility with DBS/POSB, UOB and Citibank, N.A are available for your convenience. However, if you prefer cash on delivery terms or cheque payments, please write to us and we will advise you further instructions. Write us an email here.
Shipping and Handling
We ship locally (Singapore) and regional to Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, Korea, India, Japan and New Zealand. If you are from other parts of the world and would like to order with us, please email us here for us to make special arrangements.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are discreetly packaged in plain brown papers/boxes or packaging supplied by the delivery service provider. There is no mention of Sensual Lifestyle or any product visuals anywhere on the box except a shipping label. The return address company name is 'TLP' (The Lifestyle People).

Local Delivery (Singapore)
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. For standard delivery, You will usually receive your order(s) within 3-5 working days if you live within Singapore *subject to availability of stocks*. Do expect a slight delay if there isn't anyone at your 'deliver to address' to receive the goods. The courier person may try to contact you to schedule alternate delivery days.

Overseas Delivery
Overseas delivery may take up to 14 days if you are living in the region. Overseas Customers who are eager to get their products may opt for Courier service , which may take 5-7 working days or earlier, depending on which country you are from. The above are subjected to local customs clearance and subjected to availability of stocks, which we almost always do.
**Please note that some Lingerie are non-stock and may take between 7 days and up to 4 weeks for delivery. You may want to check stock status with us before ordering**

Shipping Methods and charges
We use local courier service as standard for all local (Singapore), Singapore Post for overseas Air Parcel deliveries; and standard courier service for overseas options. *Please note that for shipment of partial order, we may exercise our discretion of shipping by normal registered mail or courier service.*
There is a standard shipping charge of S$7.50 for local (Singapore) delivery (Waived for $150 purchase). For regional delivery rates, please refer to the following table. Please note that there is an additional handling charge of S$8.00 for overseas shipping, however we are absorbing this charge for purchases worth S$300 and above.

Customs and Taxes Information

Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We are not responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs of any country.

Internet Direct Debit with DBS/POSB, UOB and Citibank, N.A
No more going to ATM or manually performing a internet bank transfer for online purchases! With added convenience, now you can make online payments anytime using your everyday Internet Banking facilities. This is a FREE service and no transaction fees as far as you are concerned. All you need is an Internet Banking UserID and PIN to authorize the payment. The participating banks includes :

When the transaction is successfully completed, the amount is immediately debited from your bank account. An electronic acknowledgement will be issued to you which you may print as a record of the transaction. You would also receive an acknowledgement from sensual-lifestyle.com.

You may want to check the stock status with us before ordering to ensure availability. In case the product you ordered is currently unavailable, you may want to replace a product with similar value, or you may request us to credit the amount back into your account. Returns and refunds information
For health reasons, under no circumstances do we accept returns on any opened or used products. Please be assured that all products are visually inspected before shipping. For battery operated products, you can choose to have them tested before shipment. However, if you can clearly see a manufacturing defect before opening your package, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only, but shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be in the original packaging. Please DO NOT return products without notifying us.
All decisions related to refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of TLP.
