WHEN?
This lucky draw opens from 1st November 2006 till 31st December 2006. Draw will be conducted within the first week of Jan 2007 and the winner will be notified accordingly. Existing members who purchases from 1st October onwards
HOW?
A purchase of S$200 during the qualifying period stated above will entitle you to ONE lucky draw chance, i.e. S$400 will entitle you 2 chances. Purchases amount can be accumulated within the qualifying period.
Terms and conditions
Qualifying Period The "Sony PSPTM Lucky Draw" starts on November 1, 2006 and ends on December 31, 2006. (i.e, new members' registered after October 31, 2006 and had purchased the qualifying amount during the qualifying period will be eligible for the lucky draw)
1. Eligibility for the Contest 1.1.New members registered with www.sensual-lifestyle.com on/after November 1, 2006 are eligible for this lucky draw.
1.2.Every S$200 (Net Transacted value after discounts, if any) transacted will entitle to one lucky draw chance.
1.3 All new members are automatically entered into the draw with the minimum transacted value criteria during the qualifying period.
2. Announcement of Results 2.1 The draw will be held two weeks after the end of Lucky Draw Contest and the winner will be notified via email within 2 weeks thereafter.
2.2 The winner must acknowledge to the email notification within 5 days from the date the email is sent by sensual-lifestyle.com, otherwise we reserve the rights to select another winner.
3. Contest Winners 3.1 The winning Member shall be selected at random, by means of a computerized system or by such other means and methods as TLP may determine. TLP may select additional reserve winners to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
3.2. The winner must furnish valid email address and other personal particulars for collection of prizes.
3.3. The decisions made by TLP are final and binding in all manners and no appeals shall be entertained for any reasons whatsoever.
4. Collection of Prizes 4.1. All winners will be notified on method of prize collection after the results are posted. Prizes must be collected within 30 days of notification.
4.2 Winners are required to acknowledge receipt of the prize to prove legitimacy of this lucky draw.
4.3. In the event of non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions or if the winner cannot be contacted at the email address given on the entry form or the prize is not collected within 30 days of notification to the winner, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at the discretion of the employees of the contest Organizer.
4.4. Prizes are exchangeable and redeemable for products listed on www.sensual-lifestyle.com with the exact value of the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
4.5. All ancillary costs, for example delivery charges, duties and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. (Members in other parts of the world other than Singapore please take note)
4.6. By accepting prizes, the winner agree that The Lifestyle People (TLP) and their subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, hosting media, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Acceptance of a prize further constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for publicity and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
4.7. TLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. General 5.1. By entering the lucky draw, the entrant irrevocably consents to the use of all information contained within the entry for marketing purposes by TLP.
5.2. The laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern the terms and conditions of this Contest.
TLP reserves the right to make any changes to the rules & regulations at any time without prior notification.
